I would like a refund - what do I do?

Please carefully read the details of the Volumaxx guarantee to make sure you qualify (ie. it’s been less than 60 days since you ordered). Then e-mail us requesting a refund – and we will issue you an RMA number along with instructions on how to return your order.

Then simply return any empty boxes and unopened product, marked with your RMA number to:

Please be sure to include your full name and RMA number on the returned package.

PLEASE NOTE: You MUST contact us prior to returning your product. Please DO NOT ship your product back before contacting us and requesting an RMA number.

I need to update my shipping information.

Please be advised that if your package has already been shipped via FedEx it must be rerouted by the recipient. You may change the delivery address of the package yourself by contacting the courier with your tracking number. If your order has not been shipped, please contact us with alternate shipping instructions.

I wish to cancel my order.

In order to enable us to quickly and efficiently serve you, please contact us by e-mail with your order number, date, and time of purchase.
